Dr. Apollo Emeka is the Founder and CEO of Apollo Strategy Group Inc., an innovative leadership and strategy consultancy for business leaders, companies, and the Next Wave of ventures launched by diverse and impactful founders.
Since its inception, Apollo Strategy Group has created over $500m in value for 100+ high-performance leaders and businesses in industries such as technology, real estate, professional services, and entertainment by developing bespoke strategies and providing hands-on implementation. Prior to founding Apollo Strategy Group, Apollo launched and sold a business he scaled from one to seven locations within four years while serving as an FBI Intelligence Analyst. In 2022, he retired from a decorated 20-year military career as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret and a U.S. Military Intelligence Analyst.

Windy is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional and ScrumMaster. A proudly bred Detroiter, she lived throughout the States before settling down in Los Angeles in 2016. Windy brings the expertise she has collected along her career and parenting journey – keen listening, candid communication, sharp analysis, insatiable curiosity – to her work here as strategic thought partner, organizational change lead, and firm bridge between idea and action.Windy brings her breadth of experience in government, education, non-profit, law, and business to Apollo Strategy Group. Windy helps Apollo Strategy Group clients develop and meaningfully implement pragmatic strategies that produce desired outcomes. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles.
Alex has a passion for research and education. After 10 years working as a researcher at the world-renowned Allen Institute for Brain Science, Alex went back to school and got a Master in Teaching from Seattle University. He taught a variety of high school classes from AP Physics to Special Education, and understands how to meet people where they are for learning.
He joined Apollo Strategy Group as the Director of Learning and Development, and is supporting curriculum and product development. His highly curious nature and ability to see the world through the lenses of science and education make him a valuable asset to our company.
Aneesah blends strategy and execution to help Apollo Strategy Group and our clients achieve operational excellence. She leverages her unique experience as a multi-unit franchise operator to streamline processes and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Aneesah is a “Twice Trojan" having earned both a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development and a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Apollo Strategy Group, Aneesah specialized in helping start-ups grow and scale their Customer Service divisions. She couples this expertise with her enthusiasm for process improvement to help Apollo Strategy Group clients deliver an exceptional customer experience.
